The NBA season is starting to ramp back up after a lengthy All-Star break. After featuring just three games today, the league will be back with guns blazing as 22 teams will grace the hardwood for tomorrow’s schedule.
A lot of notable matchups will be seen on the marquee, and SBOTOP has got you covered with some of the best games the basketball world has to offer.

Sacramento Kings @ LA Clippers
After towering over the Western Conference for a stretch of games, the LA Clippers have fallen to the third spot in the standings, thanks to the stellar form of the Timberwolves and the Thunder.
But with that being said, the Clippers are still one of the NBA 2024 betting odds favourites to win the conference and are poised to have a deep run in the playoffs.
After losing the Thunder in their first game back after the All-Star break, they quickly bounced back with a win against the ailing Grizzlies. Despite quiet performances from James Harden and Paul George, the Clippers still got the win thanks to the explosion of Terance Mann.
Mann, 27, had his best game of the season with 23 points and 12 rebounds. And it’s scary to think that the Clippers have players that can have these big games when their All-Stars have tepid nights.
Meanwhile, the Kings look like they’re out seeking vindication after none of their studs got selected for the All-Star team.
During their bout against the Spurs, De’Aaron Fox blew up for 28 points, nine assists, and five rebounds. Sabonis did Sabonis things and recorded a 22-11-11 triple-double. The entire basketball world scratched their heads when neither Fox or Sabonis made the All-Star team.
And rival teams should be on the lookout for the Kings as they could be hungry to prove that they belong in the upper echelon of the league
Milwaukee Bucks @ Philadelphia 76ers
The Milwaukee Bucks have been the butt of all jokes in the league after signing Doc Rivers as their head coach, and their losses to the Grizzlies and a Jimmy Butler-less Heat didn’t help their cause at all.
But they quickly silenced the doubters with a statement win against the Timberwolves yesterday, with Giannis and Dame leading the way to a 107-112 Bucks win at the Target Center.
The Bucks may have been struggling since the signing of Doc Rivers, but their wins against playoff-contending teams like the Timberwolves, Mavericks, and Nuggets are quiet reminders that they’re still one of the best teams in the NBA.
The Sixers, on the other hand, are still struggling without their centrepiece, Joel Embiid. Nurse and the rest of the Sixers are now 4-6 in their last 10 and have slid down to the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference standings.
Despite the brilliance of Tyrese Maxey, the Sixers still can’t tally consistent NBA 2024 results, and with the possibility of Embiid sitting out the rest of the season, the Sixers campaign could very much be in jeopardy if Nurse can’t figure something out.
Los Angeles Lakers @ Phoenix Suns
Darvin Ham and the Lakers are finally stringing up a winning stretch of basketball, as they’re 7-3 in their last 10.
It helps that Coach Ham has finally decided to stick with a consistent lineup and deploy the best players on his team night in and night out.
D’Angelo Russell continues his sudden hot streak this season by putting up 22 points and six assists against the Spurs, and the Lakers would expect nothing less from the 28-year-old when they visit the Phoenix Suns.
Speaking of the Suns, KD and Devin Booker will again be without Bradley Beal when they host the Lakers tomorrow. Beal has been struggling with injuries since the start of the season, and it’s costing the Suns some crucial games.
Beal is now dealing with a hamstring injury that has sidelined him since before the All-Star Break and will remain in street clothes when LeBron and AD visit the Arizona desert. His next opportunity to suit up will be against Houston on March 1.
Cleveland Cavaliers @ Washington Wizards
Since signing with the Wizards, most of the basketball world was expecting Jordan Poole to have a breakout season and lead the young Wizards to respectable results, but unfortunately, the young guard has yet to make his mark in DC.
In fact, Poole’s performance this season has been so underwhelming that the Wizards coaching staff decided to remove the former Warriors marksman from the starting five and play him off the bench instead.
It’s been a disastrous campaign for the Wizards, to say the least, as the aspiring squad is 9-47 in the season thus far and is on a 10-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, the Cavs, who propelled themselves to the second seed in the Eastern Conference after a stellar run before the All-Star break, will look to separate themselves from the Bucks with a quick visit to the struggling Wizards.
The Cavs have slightly simmered down, losing two games in a row, but they have a great opportunity to go back to their winning ways in DC.
Denver Nuggets @ Golden State Warriors
The Warriors are finally showing some grit in their game, winning three games in a row and being 8-2 in their last 10. It’s been a different Warriors team ever since Draymond Green got back from his lengthy suspension.
Their success, though, came at the expense of Klay Thompson, who is now the Warriors’ sixth man. Klay’s age and injuries have gotten the best of him, which is why Steve Kerr opted to place Thompson off the bench, to which Klay responded with a 35-point performance.
The Nuggets, on the other hand, continue their quest to defend their championship. Michael Porter Jr., along with Nikola Jokic, got it done against the Blazers. The Nuggets duo combined for 63 points to cruise past the lowly Blazers, 112-127.
It is still unknown if Jamal Murray will suit up against the Warriors. For now, his status remains a game-time decision.
