Two title hopefuls come face to face, on Saturday, when Lucien Favre takes his in-form Borussia Dortmund to 1899 Hoffenheim.
The Bundesliga Hoffenheim vs Dortmund clash is the one to watch this weekend, and there’ll be a great atmosphere at the 30,000-capacity Rhein-Neckar Arena. The Dortmund fans will travel down the Rhine in numbers as always, in the hope of cheering their team on to another three points.
But it won’t be easy. Since arriving in the Bundesliga in 2008, Hoffenheim have improved steadily and even finished above their opponents on the final day last season. Not to mention that they boast, for now, one of the best young coaches in world football, Julian Nagelsmann.

Hoffenheim need to make the most of the talent of Coach Julian Nagelsmann before his inevitable move to Leipzig next summer. He’ll have his work cut out to prepare his team for this clash after they conceded a late equaliser to Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League last night.
